Dylan Kelly- C / 5’ 11” / 200 / Jr. (University of Missouri)

6-4-3 DP Baseball Class of 2010

Dylan Kelly was a standout for the 6-4-3 DP Baseball program in the summer of 2010. He played his high school baseball at Centennial High School where he earned All-Region catcher honors in both 2009 and 2010. After high school, Dylan went on the play at Middle Georgia Junior College where he led the Georgia Collegiate Athletic Association in batting average (.429), ranking among the top 15 in the nation. After his successful stint at Middle Georgia, Dylan signed a scholarship to play at the University of Missouri. This year Dylan has played in all 39 games and leads the Mizzou Tigers in batting average (.321), hits (44), doubles (8), and RBI (22). Dylan also has a strong .996 fielding percentage from behind the dish. These numbers are very impressive considering Missouri joined the highly competitive SEC this year, one of college baseball’s most prestigious conferences. The 6-4-3 DP Baseball program is very proud of Dylan and wishes him the best of luck in furthering his baseball career.

 

Christian Champion- RHP / 6’ 2” / 195 / So. (Berry College)

6-4-3 DP Baseball Class of 2010

Christian Champion was a two way standout for the 6-4-3 DP Baseball program in 2010, playing both shortstop and pitcher. Christian attended St. Francis High School where he was elected team captain and hit .404 with 5 homeruns and 21 stolen bases during his career. Christian then went on to Berry College where he would appear in 19 games as a position player while also compiling a 1-1 record and 1.93 ERA as a freshman. This year Christian has appeared in a team high 19 games on the mound and has 3 saves on the year. His record is 1-3 and holds a 4.30 ERA. Christian is an outstanding young man and the 6-4-3 DP Baseball program wishes him the best in his future years at Berry College.

 

Zack Bowers- C / 6’ 1” / 210 / Fr. (University of Georgia)

6-4-3 DP Baseball Class of 2012

Zack Bowers was an impact player for the 6-4-3 DP Baseball program from 2010-2012. Zack played his high school baseball under Mark Elkins at Harrison High School. In his senior campaign, Zack led the team with a .484 batting average. He also hit a county best 12 homeruns and 36 RBI.  After his successful senior year, Zack was named to the 2012 Rawlings All-American 3rd team. After high school, Zack signed a scholarship to play at the University of Georgia. At UGA, Zack has started 24 games for the Bulldogs and holds a .241 batting average. He leads the Georgia offense with 5 homeruns and a .460 slugging percentage. Zack has also done a great job behind the plate for the Bulldogs as he has a .994 fielding percentage to go along with 23 assists. Zack is an outstanding athlete and has a bright future at the University of Georgia.
